Bright Lights Parenting offers a variety of services to best meet all of your parenting needs. While having a clear idea of your needs is always helpful the philosophy of Bright Lights Parenting is to fully individualize our services to best fit the needs of each client. 

The reason we provide a free twenty minute consultation is not just to allow you to sample our service. It also provides us an opportunity to assess both how to structure our services to meet your needs but also to explore whether we believe that we are best suited to help your situation.

Our commitment is to the best interest of each client and there will be times when we believe that a client may be better helped through another intervention. If this is the case we will do our best to help you find the most appropriate help whenever possible.

One example of this situation may occur if it appears that a child being discussed appears to be in need of psychotherapeutic or psychiatric care.

While Dr. Freilich is a licensed psychologist she is not providing psychotherapy through Bright Lights Parenting. Her years of experience providing therapy are a valuable tool to identify these situations however the structure of coaching, consultation, and advocacy are unable to provide the same type of environment that is necessary in psychotherapy.

Just as our services are individualized so to are our fees. Discounts will be available if coaching sessions are purchased on a monthly or greater basis. We strive to provide to as many sliding scale clients as possible so do not assume that you cannot afford our prices. While a sliding scale may not always be possible more slots will become available as our company grows.

Dr. Freilich is also available to give talks or teach seminars on a variety of topics. Fees for these also vary and in some situations are even pro bono.
